With an undergraduate degree in exercise physiology and a masters degree in physical therapy from an osteopathic program, I am able to combine both exercise-based and manual approaches to maximize my client’s outcomes. I love living in the UP and enjoy all outdoor activities including Nordic skiing, mountain biking, trail running and gardening.”
