Founded in 2005 by Terry Tripp, physical therapist, Eric Paulitch, occupational therapist, and Russell Tripp, UP Rehab Services was built on the belief that every individual deserves superior quality therapy. Guided by our core values of kindness, compassion, and integrity, we have grown into the rehabilitation leader across Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

Theralead is a web-based solution that connects information from the patient, to the physician, and then on to the therapist. With this software, we have the ability to improve communities by providing patient-driven healthcare solutions at low cost. This also gives us the upper hand when competing in a private market.
