Coronavirus (COVID-19) Preparedness Information

Required Precautions

Employees and patients are required to wear masks at all times and we practice all required CDC and local/state guidelines and policies.

REMINDERS
-Wash your hands often or use hand sanitizer when not able to wash hands
-Do not touch your face – Especially avoid contact with eyes, nose and mouth
-Practice social distancing whenever possible
-Stay home if you are sick
-Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue or your arm/shoulder
-Disinfect frequently touched surfaces

PATIENT/EMPLOYEE SCREENING
Temperature and screening questions will be asked at every appointment. If you have any of the following symptoms – please contact the clinic directly to reschedule your appointment before your arrival.

-Temperature
-Cough
-Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

WE WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE AT LEAST TWO OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS. PLEASE CONTACT THE CLINIC DIRECTLY TO CONFIRM OR ASK ANY QUESTIONS.

-Fever
-Chills
-Muscle pain
-Sore Throat
-Repeated shaking with chills
-New loss of taste or smell

You must be fever free for 24 hours without taking fever reducing medications before returning to the clinic.

If you were confirmed positive you must wait until you are symptom free and released from your quarantine period of 10/14 days.
